By accessing AirHop.online and booking our airport transfer or day charter services in Sydney and Melbourne, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All bookings must be confirmed through our online portal or manual agent booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your vehicle. Prices are inclusive of GST.
AirHop provides professional transport services. While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, road accidents, or severe weather conditions. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they allow adequate time to reach the airport.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior toward our drivers. We reserve the right to terminate the service immediately without refund if such behavior occurs.
